Scrabble Cake

This cake didn't turn out as well as I had hoped it would. But I did do it in less than 5 hours while babysitting my 3 nephews, 1 niece, and one brother! One of those is a month and a half old infant who I was holding with one hand while I frosted the cake with the other! SO, with this in mind, I guess it did turn out pretty well given the circumstances! ;0) My sister liked it, and that's what counts since it was her birthday!

Tradition Passed On: Christmas Cake for Mom

This cake is a family special recipe that my grandmother has made for my mother (who's birthday is on December 25th) since long before I was born! This year, I got to make it! It was fun, and as you can see, I added my own festive touch!

Happy 21st Birthday Cake

This cake was made with fondant created with pink marshmallows. There was a hint of strawberry taste in the fondant, and the cake was a double chocolate mix! The number 5 candle in the middle is a inside joke, not an error ;0)

Christmas Cake: Bear on Sleigh

This was a last minute cake! I had a few hours to make it before needing to get it to the class Christmas Party! I made it up as I went along. The bear is made from fondant, and the snowmen(and snowlady) are made from marshmallows that I painted faces on and created hats and scarves for out of fondant.

Camping Cake

Butterfly Cake

Toilet Paper Roll Cake

This was a fun cake! Also a chocolate cake; but with chocolate frosting! Made with love for my co-workers (we had a double birthday)!

Birds and Flowers and Ladybugs, Oh My!

This was my fondant cake! I had so much fun creating it! I had always wanted to use fondant before so taught myself how to make it and then designed this cake. (And of course there are ladybugs)! This cake had a marshmallow fondant, with a cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake. Mmmmmmmm yummy!

The Lady Bug Cake

This was my first Ladybug Cake! Had a blast making this one!
